Delivery Areas

Kikavaro ships to the United States and Europe. We do not currently ship to other regions. If your country or territory is not listed above, please contact us before placing an order to confirm whether delivery is possible.

Order Processing Time

After you place an order, our team prepares it for dispatch. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. This period covers order confirmation, packing, and handover to the carrier. It does not include the time the parcel spends in transit.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery to the United States and Europe generally takes 7–12 business days. Your total wait time from order to doorstep is the processing period plus the shipping period.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and circumstances beyond our control such as customs clearance or local postal disruptions.

Before You Order

Please double-check the following details at checkout, as they directly affect whether your parcel can be delivered:

  • Full recipient name
  • Complete street address (including apartment or unit number)
  • Correct postal or ZIP code
  • A working phone number and email address

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Whether an address can be changed depends on how far the order has progressed in our fulfilment process.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel appears delayed, shows as delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us with your order number and a description of the issue. If the item is visibly damaged on arrival, photographs of the packaging and the product will help us investigate.

We will review each case individually and follow up with you. We do not promise a specific resolution (replacement, refund, or otherwise) before the investigation is complete.
